Refunds and Exchange Policy
- Return your unwanted item within 7 days of placing your order. The product should be returned in its original condition, with the original tag intact. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
- Returns & Exchanges usually take 7 days to be received and processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you.
- Any items sold during sales cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. All sold Sale items are Final.
For UAE refund and exchange
- If you would like to change your item for a different size or return please send an email to: email@example.com
- For exchanges, please allow 7 days after receipt of the original item for your new item to be shipped out, we’ll stay in touch with all tracking information.
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
- For Card Payments please allow 45 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
For international refund and exchange
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Once you receive your refund you can place a new order.
- The customer will be responsible for covering the delivery cost associated with refunds of the items.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
